Sodium Chloride Hypertonicity Ophthalmic Solution, 5% is a sterile, half fluid ounce (15mL) solution used for temporary relief of corneal edema. It contains a 5% hypertonicity agent, sodium chloride as the active ingredient. The solution is not for internal use, only for external use under the advice and supervision of a doctor. It may cause temporary irritation, and in case of worsening condition or experiencing eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation, stop using the product and seek medical attention.
