Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium 0.5% Eye Drops is a lubricant solution used for temporary relief from burning, irritation, and dryness of the eye due to sun or wind exposure. The solution may also act as a protectant against further eye irritation. The product should be used externally and should not be touched or contaminated. If there are changes in vision, or conditions worsen after usage of the product, a physician should be consulted. If the product is swallowed, medical help should be immediately sought. It is to be noted that the product should not be used if it becomes cloudy or changes color and there are inactive ingredients in the solution. The product comes in 2-0.5 FL 0Z (15 mL) bottles and should be stored at 15°-25°C.*
