This is a description of a Ciclopirox Gel medication with the NDC code 0574-2061-01. It is for dermatologic use only and should not be used in eyes. The medication should be kept out of reach of children and should be stored between 20-25°C (68-77°F). The medication contains 7.70 mg of Cilopirox in a gel, which includes Purified Water USP, Isopropyl Alcohol USP, Octyldodecanol NF, Dimethicone Copolyol 10, Carbomer 1980, Sodium Hydroxide NF, and Docusate Sodium USP. It is advised to gently massage the gel into the affected areas and surrounding skin twice daily, in the morning and evening, and see insert for full prescribing information. The usual dosage is 10g.*
