The ointment should be stored at a controlled room temperature between 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F), with excursions between 15° to 30°C (50° to 86°F) allowed. Hydrocortisone Valerate PRy Ointment is a topical medication that contains 2mg of hydrocortisone valerate per gram of ointment, which is to be applied to the affected areas 2 to 3 times daily. The hydrophilic base is composed of carbomer 974P, sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous, methylparaben, light mineral oil, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate, steareth-2, steareth-100, stearyi alcohol, and white petrolatum. The medication is for external use only and should not be used in or around the eyes. The medication should be kept out of children's reach and stored at room temperature. The lot number and expiry date can be found on the crimp of the tube. It comes in a tube with a puncture seal. This medication is available only with a prescription.*
