Hydrocortisone Valerate Ointment is available for use as directed to relieve various skin conditions. The ointment should be used topically only and must not be used in eyes. The tube contains a hydrophilic base of various components to present the final formulation. Before use, the seal at the tube's top should be punctured by following the instructions on the cap. The medication must be kept away from children and stored appropriately within the temperature range of 20°C to 25°C. The expiration date and batch number should be checked.*

This is a product description of Hydrocortisone Valerate Ointment, USP for topical use only. It should not be used for eyes. The ointment comes with directions for puncturing the tube seal. It is distributed by Costas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The usual recommended dosage is to apply a small amount to affected areas 2 or 3 times daily. The product should be stored at a controlled room temperature of 20°-25°C (66°F-77°F) and should be kept out of reach of children. The active ingredient in each gram of the ointment is 2mg of Hydrocortisone Valerate in a hydrophilic base.*

Hydrocortisone Valerate is a topical ointment for external use only and should not be used in the eyes. It is punctured by turning the cap upside down and pushing the puncture tip onto the tube. The tube can be resealed by screwing the cap back on. Each gram of the ointment contains 2 mg of hydrocortisone valerate in a base composed of various ingredients. The usual dosage is applying a small amount to affected areas 2 or 3 times daily, while keeping the medication out of the reach of children. The ointment should be stored at a controlled room temperature between 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F), with excursions between 15° to 30°C (50° to 86°F) allowed. The lot number and expiry date can be found on the flap of carton and/or crimp of the tube.*

Hydrocortisone Valerate PRy Ointment is a topical medication that contains 2mg of hydrocortisone valerate per gram of ointment, which is to be applied to the affected areas 2 to 3 times daily. The hydrophilic base is composed of carbomer 974P, sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous, methylparaben, light mineral oil, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium lauryl sulfate, steareth-2, steareth-100, stearyi alcohol, and white petrolatum. The medication is for external use only and should not be used in or around the eyes. The medication should be kept out of children's reach and stored at room temperature. The lot number and expiry date can be found on the crimp of the tube. It comes in a tube with a puncture seal. This medication is available only with a prescription.*
