Ampicillin Pbp 02
This is a Pharmacy Bulk Package of Ampicillin for Injection, intended for IV use only. It contains 10 grams of ampicillin and each bottle needs to be reconstituted with 94 mL Sterile Water for Injection, USP. Once reconstituted, the resulting solution will contain 100 mg ampicillin activity per mL, which needs to be further diluted before use. The unused portion of the bottle needs to be discarded within 1 hour of reconstitution. The product is manufactured by Sandoz GmbH for Sandoz Inc., Princeton, NJ.
