Voriconazole for Injection is a prescription drug that comes in a sterile single-dose vial of 200 mg/vial for LV infusion only. It is reconstituted with 19 mL of water for injection to give a clear solution containing 10 mg/mL voriconazole. It must be further diluted before use. The appropriate diluents and storage recommendations should be referred to in the prescribing information. The drug is manufactured by Lek Pharmaceuticals in Slovenia for Sandoz Inc. The product is for intravenous administration only, and in each mL, it contains 10 mg voriconazole and 160 mg sulfobutyl ether B-cyclodextrin sodium (SBECD). Store between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F), and unused portions must be discarded.*
