The usual dosage of this medication can be found on the package insert provided. It is important to store it at a controlled room temperature of 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) but excursions permitted 0 15°t0 30°C (59° to 86°F). It should be kept out of reach of children and dispensed with Medication Guide provided separately to each patient by the pharmacist.
