ACETAMINOPHEN Regular Strength tablets are an over-the-counter medication for pain relief and fever reduction. It can temporarily alleviate minor body aches, toothaches, backaches, joint pains, menstrual cramps, headaches, and pain caused by a common cold. However, it may cause severe liver damage if taken more than the recommended dosage. Therefore, it is advised to take not more than ten tablets for adults and five tablets for children within a 24-hour period. If severe skin reactions occur, stop taking the medication and seek medical help right away. The medication should not be used if the individual has liver disease or if they are taking the blood-thinning drug warfarin. The medication should be kept out of reach of children.*
