This is an Ophthalmic Solution Eyewash which purifies water and is intended for cleansing the eye to help relieve burning or irritation by removing any loose foreign material. The bottle contains 4fl0z [118 ml], and the reorder number is 7-006. The product is manufactured under the registration of PAC-KIT FIRST AID and PhysiciansCare, which are trademarks of Acme United Corporation. The product consists of purified water (98.3%), and its other inactive ingredients are boric acid, sodium borate, and sodium chloride. To avoid contamination, one should not touch the container's tip to any surface, and after opening, the container should be discarded.
