Aminosyn-PF is a 1% Sulfite-free amino acid injection for pediatric formula. It is used for total amino acids therapy. Each 100 mL of the product contains electrolytes approximately 7g of essential and nonessential amino acids with acetate. It is a single dose container that can't be removed from the wrap until ready for use. The wrap of the product is a moisture and oxygen barrier. After removing the wrap, the container should be checked for minute leaks. The ideal storage temperature for this product is 20 to 25 degrees Celsius. The color variation from pale yellow to yellow is normal and does not affect its efficacy. This drug is made by ICU Medical, Inc. and is available only under medical supervision in the USA.*
