This is a 1000mL bag of NORMOSOL®-R and 5% DEXTROSE Injection Type 1, USP. Each 100mL contains 5g of Dextrose and multiple electrolytes including Sodium Chloride, Sodium Acetate Anhydrous, Sodium Gluconate, Potassium Chloride, and Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate in water for injection. The pH is adjusted with HCl. The electrolytes per 1000mL are (not including H+ adjustment) Sodium 140 mEq, Potassium 5 mEq, Magnesium 3 mEq, Chloride 98 mEq, Acetate 27 mEq, and Gluconate 23 mEq. This is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, single-dose container for IV use only. CONTAINS DEHP. It must not be used in series connections and additives may be incompatible. Before use, consult with a pharmacist if available.*
