One or two drops of Mydriacyl should be applied topically in the eye(s), and the dropper tip should not touch any surface to avoid contamination. Patients are advised to read the enclosed insert before use. The product is manufactured by Alcon Laboratories, Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas.*
