Bethkis & Chiesi's Tobramycin Inhalation Solution is a single-use solution that is intended for oral inhalation only by nebulizer. It is light-sensitive and should be stored in a refrigerator between 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). The solution does not contain preservatives and each ampule contains 4 mL of solution containing 300 mg of Tobramycin and 18 mg of sodium chloride in Water for Injection. The usual dose for the solution is provided in the package insert. It comes with four ampules in a foil pouch, and each ampule is meant for single use only, and should be discarded after use.*
