This is a description of a drug for the treatment of acne containing Saliofic acid. It helps in clearing and healing acne pimples, controls blackheads and whiteheads, and prevents new acne pimples from forming. It is for external use only and should not come in contact with eyes and mouth. Skin irritation may occur if used with another topical acne medication. It should be used once a day, and application frequency can be gradually increased by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application frequency.
