DERMA CIDOL 2000 is a professional use topical antiseptic hand wash containing 0.5% Chloroxylenol along with inactive ingredients such as Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Diazolidinyl urea. The product is designed to decrease the level of transient microorganisms on the skin before contact with patients under medical care or treatment. It is advised to not get the product in the eyes and to seek medical attention if it happens. The hand wash should be used by wetting hands with water and rubbing the solution on the skin for at least 10 seconds. The hands should then be thoroughly rinsed under a stream of water; repeat as necessary between patients. The product is manufactured in the USA for Derma Therapeutics in Bristol, TN.*
