Refenesen’ Immediate Release Chest Congestion Relief DM is a cough suppressant and expectorant medication that helps in temporarily relieving cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation that may occur with a common cold. It loosens phlegm and makes coughs more productive. The drug has active ingredients such as Guaifenesin and Dextromethorphan HBr, and inactive ingredients like magnesium stearate, maltodextin, ricrocrystalline cellulose, povidone K30, povidore 90F, silicon dioxide, stearnc acid. The medication should not be taken with prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitors or by pregnant or breastfeeding women. The drug should be stored at 15°- 30°C (59°- 86°F). It comes in a pack of 30 caplets.*
