The hand sanitizer, manufactured in Canada by Deb, comes in a 1-liter bottle and contains inactive ingredients such as water, n-Prapanol, Bis-PEG-12 Dimethicone, Behentrimonium Chloride, PEG-200 Hydrogenated Glyceryl Palmate, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Coce-Glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, and Dihydroxypropyl PEG-5 Linoleammonium Chloride.
