This is a description of a medicated spray called Lotrimin that contains miconazole nitrate antifungal. It is clinically proven to cure most jock itch and provide relief from itching, burning, scaling, and chafing. The product should be sprayed on the affected area twice daily for two weeks, and children under the age of two should only use it under a doctor's orders.
