Claritin tablets are a non-drowsy antihistamine medication used for temporarily relieving symptoms associated with hay fever and other upper respiratory allergies such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy throat, and watery eyes. The active ingredient in each tablet is loratadine (10 mg). The medication is not recommended for individuals who have previously experienced an allergic reaction to it or any of its constituents.
