Extreme Relief Lubricant Eye Drops is a fast-acting solution for minor eye irritations and dryness. It lubricates and refreshes the eyes and is comparable to Systane Ultra Eye Drops. The active ingredients are Polyethylene glycol 400 (0.4%) and Propylene glycol (0.3%). The product should not be used if the carton is open or spray neckband on the product bottle is missing or broken. The solution is for external use only, and the cap should be replaced after use. If eye pain or changes in vision occur, users should contact a doctor. The product should be kept out of reach of children and not ingested. Inactive ingredients include boric acid, calcium chloride, 20% chlorhexidine gluconate, hydrochloric acid, hypromellose 2910, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, and zinc chloride.
