This is an antacid medication with calcium carbonate as its active ingredient, used to relieve heartburn, acid indigestion, and upset stomach. The tablets contain 750mg calcium carbonate USP and 300mg elemental calcium per tablet. It is important to not take more than 10 tablets in 24 hours, and if pregnant, not more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. It is also not advised to use the maximum dosage for more than two weeks without the advice and supervision of a doctor.
