NEO-POLY-BAC is a sterile ophthalmic ointment containing neomycin, polymyxin B, sulfate and bacitracin zinc, packaged in a tube with a net weight of 3.5g. It is intended for ophtalmic use only, and should not be touched to anything other than your eye. Each gram of the ointment contains 10.3mg of neomycin base. The usual dosage and duration of treatment depend on the severity of the infection. NEO-POLY-BAC is distributed by Butler AHS in Dublin, Ohio.*
