Critic-Aid Clear is a skin protectant moisture barrier ointment that is used for minor to severe skin irritation due to incontinence. It adheres to intact and wet, denuded skin and is easy to apply and remove. The active ingredient, petrolatum, helps treat and prevent minor skin irritation due to diaper rash and helps seal out wetness. This ointment should not be applied over deep or puncture wounds or lacerations and should be kept out of the reach of children. The affected area should be cleaned and dried thoroughly before applying a thin layer of the ointment twice daily or as directed by a doctor. The product is manufactured by Coloplast in Denmark and distributed in the USA.*
