These are the drug facts for Advanced Formula Eye Drops for the relief of redness and dryness in the eyes, and for use as a protectant against further irritation. The drops are indicated to be used up to four times daily, with no more than two drops per use, and they should not be used by children under six years of age without the guidance of a doctor. The four active ingredients used in the product are Dextran 70 0.1%, Polyethylene glycol 400 1%, Povidone 1%, and Tetrahydrozoline HCI 0.05%. The formula contains benzalkonium chloride, boric acid, edetate disodium, purified water, sodium chloride, and sodium borate as the inactive ingredients. If there are changes in vision, worsening redness, or irritation in the eyes that last more than 72 hours or cause pain, medical attention should be sought out. It is important to not use the product if the carton is open or the neck band on the bottle is broken or missing as it may be contaminated.*
