Fiber for regularity caplets are a source of methylcellulose that helps to ease regularity. It contains 500 mg of methylcellulose and 0% soluble fiber. These caplets are non-allergenic and free from gluten. To avoid chocking, it is recommended to take this product with at least 8 ounces of water or fluid. It could increase the dose as per the age group, but do not exceed 12 caplets per day. Inactive ingredients include adipic acid, calcium carbonate, magnesium mnmonia, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, polysorbate 80, silica.*
