EXTRASTRENGTH cold & hot medicated patch provides temporary relief from minor pains associated with sprains, bruises, tendinitis, and arthritis. This patch contains menthol 5% and is applied externally to the affected areas for up to 8 hours, not more than 3 times a day. It is also warned that the product should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, and to avoid contact with eyes and damaged skin. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, consumers should ask a doctor for advice. Children under 12 should consult a doctor before use.*
