This is the package insert for Lubricant Gel Drops that provide relief for dry eyes. The drops are made of Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium 1%. The instructions are to put one or two drops in the affected eye(s). The product contains boric acid, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium borate, and polyethylene glycol. Users are advised to follow the directions and store it in a cool, dry place. The container has a Lot No. & Exp. Date. If any side effects, such as pain or vision changes, persist for more than 72 hours, users are instructed to seek medical help. Children and pets should be kept away from the medication.*
