This is a product package for the preparation of Technetium Tc99m Sestamibi for injection. The Cardiolite Kit contains no preservative and reconstitutes with additive Technetium Tc99m, and must be used within six hours of reconstitution. The enclosed package insert provides full information on preparation, use, and indications, as well as warnings about the safe use and handling of radiopharmaceuticals. The user agrees to the terms of a license agreement with Lantheus Medical Imaging by opening the package, and is limited to making or having made and using up to six unit doses per vial in accordance with the provided directions. After the last unit dose, the user must dispose of the remaining vial and product properly.*
