This is a drug fact sheet for a skin protectant containing petrolatum (62%). It can temporarily protect minor burns, cuts, chapped, or cracked skin. However, it should not be used on deep or puncture wounds, serious burns, or animal bites. If it gets into the eyes, consult a doctor. For worsening condition, use it only for 7 days, and if the symptoms last for more than a week or clear up and then appear again within a few days, consult a doctor. Keep it away from children; if swallowed, call a poison control center. Apply the ointment as needed. The other ingredients of the cream are beta carotene, D&C Green 6, D&C Red 17, Glycerin, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Lanolin, Microcrystalline Wax, Ozokerite, Resorcinol, Synthetic Beeswax, Turpentine.*
