This is the label of a Hydrogen Peroxide Topical Solution of USP grade, 1 Gallon (US) size, with active ingredient Hydrogen Peroxide 3% weight to weight. The product is intended as a general-purpose topical disinfectant for first aid treatment of minor cuts and abrasions, also suitable for use as a mouthwash. The Hydrogen Peroxide Topical Solution must be kept out of the reach of children and should not be used in eyes or over large areas of the body. In case of deep or puncture wounds, a physician must be consulted before use. Besides, it indicates to dilute Hydrogen Peroxide with an equal amount of water for oral hygiene purposes and gargle for at least one minute and then spit out but not swallow. The product must be stored at room temperature, tightly closed, and protected from light. The label contains NDC 012745-205-01 and reorder number M38-0205.*
