Rabies Immune Globulin (Human), marketed under the brand name HyperRAB® S/D, is a sterile solution containing immunoglobulin that is used to prevent rabies infection. It contains protein that is stabilized with glycine and is suitable for use with rabies vaccine. It is available in a single-dose vial and is meant for intramuscular injection only. The dosage and usage instructions are included in the package. The product must be stored at 2-8°C (36-46°F) and must not be frozen. If the shrink band is absent or shows signs of tampering, the product should not be used, and Grifols Therapeutics LLC must be contacted immediately. Dispersing the product without a prescription is prohibited by US Federal law.*
