Anagrelide Capsules, USP, are a medication used as a platelet-reducing agent. Each capsule contains 0.5 mg of anagrelide base (as anagrelide hydrochloride, USP), and the recommended starting dosage is 0.5 mg 4 times a day or 1 mg twice a day, which can be adjusted if needed. The total daily dose should not exceed 10 mg.
