This is a product called NeilMed that contains a method for ear wax removal. The package includes a bottle of ear drops, a drainage collection cup, two ear plugs, one ear wax safe tool, and one soft silicone ear syringe. It also contains an ear wax removal aid of Carbamide Peroxide 6.5% to soften, loosen and remove excessive earwax. The product must only be used in the ear and warnings are given to consult a doctor if there is pain or an injury, ear drainage or discharge, laceration, dizziness, or a perforation hole. The product is suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age and not to be used for over three days in a row.*
