Each mL of the medicine contains 3 mg of Tobramycin (0.3%) as an active ingredient along with boric acid inactives. The bottle is filled to half its capacity to ensure proper drop control. The medication is used for topical ophthalmic purposes only with a recommended dosage of one or two drops every four hours. The solution should be protected from excessive heat and stored at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F). The pH is adjusted to 7.0 t0 8.0 using Sodium Hydroxide and/or Sulfuric Acid. The medicine can only be used with a prescription (RxOnly).*

This is a description of Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution, USP 0.3%. It is meant for topical ophthalmic use only. It is recommended to use one or two drops every four hours, and the package insert should be referred to for dosage information. The solution should be stored at a temperature of 20° to 25°C and be protected from excessive heat. The container should be kept tightly closed. It is important to keep the solution out of the reach of children. The dropper tip should not be touched to any surface to avoid contamination. The solution should not be used if the sealed imprint is missing or broken. Each mL of the solution contains active ingredient Tobramycin 3mg (0.3%) and inactive ingredients such as Boric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Tloxapol, and Sodium Hydroxide.
