Neomycin, Polymyxin B, and Bacitracin Zinc Ophthalmic Ointment is a sterile product that should only be used for ophthalmic purposes. The product contains Neomycin Sulfate, Polymyxin B Sulfate, and Bacitracin Zinc. Each gram of the ointment contains 3.5mg of Neomycin Sulfate (equivalent to neomycin in base), 10,000 polymyxin B units of Polymyxin B Sulfate, and 400 bacitracin units of Bacitracin Zinc. The ointment uses white petrolatum as inactive. The package insert should be consulted for information on the usual dosage to ensure proper usage. Storage should be at 20° to 25°C, and the tube should be kept tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children and do not use if the bottom ridge of the tube cap is exposed.
