This solution is manufactured by TERUMO BCT, INC. and each 100 mL contains Dextrose Monohydrate USP 110 g, Trisodium Citrate Dihydrate USP 0.588¢, Sodium Chloride USP 04109, Monobasic Sodium Phosphate Monohydrate USP 0.2769g, Citric Acid Monohydrate USP 0.042¢g, Adenine USP 0.0309g in Water for Injection USP. The solution is sterilized with steam and should not be used if the bag is damaged, or if the solution is not clear and free of particulate matter. It is not for direct intravenous infusion and is for single use only. The recommended storage is up to 25°C, and it should be protected from freezing. The lot expiry date is also available.*
