Each mL contains Tacrolimus 5 mg, Polyoxyl 60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil (HCO-60) 200 mg, and Dehydrated Alcohol, USP 80%. The solution is sterile, and the container closure does not contain natural rubber latex. It is supplied in 10 x 1 mL single-dose vials by Nexus Pharmaceuticals, LLC.
