This product is an antacid which contains Famotidine to relieve heartburn associated with acid indigestion and sour stomach brought on by consuming certain foods and drinks. One tablet should be taken to prevent symptoms. It is advised to swallow the tablet with a glass of water and it should not be chewed. This product should not be used more than twice in 24 hours. There are many tips to manage heartburn, which include avoiding tight-fitting clothing, not eating before bedtime, slow eating, and avoiding certain foods such as spicy, fatty foods, chocolate, coffee, alcohol, and certain fruits and vegetables. Other tips include avoiding overeating, losing weight, and quitting smoking.
