Uses
A homeopathic combination pack with two single remedies Kali Bichromicum and Pulsatilla for relief of sinusitis.
Kali Bichromicum: Kali Bichromicum mainly works for cold, coryza, nasal catarrh, rhinitis and sinusitis. There is soreness of the nose with pressive pain in root of nose. In sinusitis the septum is ulcerated with foetid smell, inability to breathe through the nose. There is inflammation of frontal sinus with stopped up sensation and loss of smell. There is thick, sticky, ropy, stingy tough, lumpy discharges. There is fluid mucus in clear masses and violent pain from occiput to forehead.
Pulsatilla: Pulsatilla is a suitable remedy for nasal catarrh, sinusitis and respiratory problems. Coryza with stoppage of right nostril. There is pressing pain at the root of the nose. Loss of smell with large green fetid discharge from nose. Bad smells as of old catarrhs.
Indications
Condition listed above or as directed by the physician
Dosage
Adults: Take 4-5 pellets or tablets orally by mouth and allow them to dissolve on tongue. Repeat at least 3 times a day, about 30 minutes before or after food. Similarly take the second remedy after a gap of 30 minutes, make sure to remember the sequence.
Children: Half of the adult dose.
Warnings
This product is to be used for self-limiting conditions

If symptoms do not improve in 4 days, or worsen, discontinue use and seek assistance of health professional
