Figure1 (Raloxifene Fig1)
This is a report on the percentage change in total hip bone mineral density mean from baseline in subjects taking placebo and raloxifene hydrochloride. The report includes data from two studies, NA and EU, measured every 6 months for a 24-month period. The graphs show that raloxifene hydrochloride had a higher percentage change from baseline compared to placebo in both studies. The report also includes data from a study called INT, which involve hysterectomized women taking placebo, raloxifene hydrochloride, and conjugated estrogens. The intent-to-treat analysis was used, and the last observation was carried forward.*
