Metronidazole Vaginal Gel is a medicine for intravaginal use only to treat bacterial infections. The package contains a tube of gel and 5 applicators. The dosage instructions advise inserting one applicator full of gel into the vagina once or twice daily for up to 5 days or as recommended by a physician. Not for ophthalmic, dermal, or oral use. The medicine should be kept out of reach of children and protected from freezing. The product is manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited and distributed by Northstar Rx LLC. The package includes complete product information, and the tube of gel should not be used if the metal tamper-resistant seal is broken. Store the product at a controlled room temperature between 15°C and 30°C (55°F to 86°F).*
