Decitabine for Injection is a cytotoxic agent that is available in a single-dose sterile vial containing 50mg per vial. The vial should be stored between 20°-25°C (68°-77°F), and excursions between 15°C-30°C (59°F-86°F) are allowed. To reconstitute, use 10mL of Sterile Water for Injection, USP. After reconstitution, unless used within 15 minutes, the diluted solution should be prepared using cold infusion fluids, stored at 2°C-6°C (35°F-43°F), and should be used for up to a maximum of 4 hours during self-administration. For complete indications, dosage, administration, and precautions, refer to the package insert. Unused portions should be discarded.*
