Triple Paste is a pediatrician recommended zinc oxide diaper rash cream that treats and prevents diaper rash. It is fragrance-free and hypoallergenic. Its tamper-evident feature advises not to use it if the seal under the cap is broken or missing. Its active ingredient is 12.8% zinc oxide, and it also contains oat extract, beeswax, and anhydrous lanolin. It is effective in protecting and nourishing sensitive baby skin. It is free from unnecessary ingredients, including fragrance, parabens, dye, and phthalates. It instructs to change wet and soiled diapers promptly, cleanse the diaper area, and apply ointment generously with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged. If the condition worsens or lasts more than seven days or clears up and occurs again within a few days, it recommends consulting a doctor.*
