GUNA®-IL10 is a homeopathic medicine that provides chronic pain relief. It is manufactured by GUNA® S.p.a. in Italy and distributed by GUNA® Inc. in Whitehall, PA. The medication comes in a 30ml/1.0 fl. oz dropper bottle and contains ethyl alcohol at a concentration of 30%. The active ingredient is Interleukin 10 4C, which provides relief for chronic pain. The recommended dosage is 20 drops twice a day for adults and children 12 years and older, while children between 12 and 6 years of age should take 10 drops twice a day. Children younger than 6 are not authorized to take this medicine. The medication should be taken 15 minutes before meals by holding it in the mouth for about 30 seconds and then swallowed. If symptoms worsen or persist more than 5 days, doctor consultation is required. The medication should not be used if the tamper-evident seal is broken.
