GUNA®-IL10 is a homeopathic medicine that provides chronic pain relief. It is manufactured by GUNA® S.p.a. in Italy and distributed by GUNA® Inc. in Whitehall, PA. The medication comes in a 30ml/1.0 fl. oz dropper bottle and contains ethyl alcohol at a concentration of 30%. The active ingredient is Interleukin 10 4C, which provides relief for chronic pain. The recommended dosage is 20 drops twice a day for adults and children 12 years and older, while children between 12 and 6 years of age should take 10 drops twice a day. Children younger than 6 are not authorized to take this medicine. The medication should be taken 15 minutes before meals by holding it in the mouth for about 30 seconds and then swallowed.
