Indium In 111 Oxyquinoline Solution is a radiolabeling agent used for autologous leukocytes. It contains <0.1mcg Indium, 50mcg 8-hydroxyquinoline, ~100mcg polysorbate 80, 6mg (N-2-hydroxyethylpiperazine-N-2 ethane sulfonic acid), HEPES buffer and 0.75% Sodium Chloride Injection. It is pH adjusted with sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid. It is manufactured by GE Healthcare, Medi-Physics in the USA. It is a radioactive material and must be used with caution.
