GE Healthcare's Dalscan is a radiopharmaceutical for intravenous injection that comes in a single-dose vial with a volume of 2.5ml. Each mL of the solution contains 74 MBq of Ioflupane 123 at calibration along with 0.07 to 0.13 mcg of Ioflupane, acetic acid, sodium acetate, and ethanol. The solution should be stored between 20°C to 25°C and must be used within seven hours of calibration time. The medication is available by prescription only, and its dosage and administration information should be followed as directed.*
