NDC 17478-062-35 Artificial Tears Ointment with active ingredients Mineral Oil and White Petrolatum is a lubricant for ophthalmic use only, designed to relieve dryness and prevent further irritation of the eyes. The ointment contains Lanolin as an inactive ingredient and should be applied one or more times daily, as directed by a medical doctor, to the inside of the eyelid after pulling down the lower lid. The product also comes with cautionary advice to store at a controlled room temperature between 20° and 25°C, and away from the reach of children.*

Artificial Tears is an eye lubricant in the form of an ointment used to relieve dryness and irritation of the eyes. It is for external use only and should be applied as directed by a doctor. To avoid contamination, the tip of the container should not touch any surface. The product contains White Petrolatum and can be used at bedtime. If the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, a doctor should be consulted. The product is manufactured by Alcon, Inc., and the net weight is 3.5g.*
