Gentak® is an Ophthalmic Ointment used for treating certain eye infections. This sterile ointment contains Gentamicin Sulfate USP with a strength of 0.3%, which is equivalent to 3 mg gentamicin per gram of ointment. It comes in a 3.5-gram tube and is prescribed by a doctor.
