Tobramycin Ophthalmic solution is a sterile solution used for topical use in the eyes. The usual dosage is one or two drops every four hours. The bottle is filled half-capacity for correct drop control. The solution should be stored at 20-25°C and protected from excessive heat. Each mL contains Tobramycin 3 mg (0.3%), Boric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Sulfate, Tyloxapol, Sodium Hydroxide, and/or Sulfuric Acid to adjust the pH (7.0 to 8.0) and Water for Injection. This solution is for prescription-only use and contains a preservative, Benzalkonium Chioride 0.1 mg (0.01%).*

This is a medication for topical ophthalmic use only with the active ingredient of Tobramycin. It is contained in a tightly closed container with a warning to keep it out of reach of children. The storage temperature range is 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F) and excessive heat should be avoided. The medication should not be used if the seal is broken or missing. The package also comes with dosage and usage instructions.*
