This is a description of a drug called Regular Strength used for relief of upset stomach symptoms such as indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, and heartburn. The main active ingredient in each chewable tablet is Bismuth Subsalicylate (262 mg). Patients are warned not to exceed the recommended dose of 2 tablets every 12 hours and a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. They are also advised to consult a doctor or pharmacist if they have any questions. This product is compared to Pepto-BismolĀ®.*
